Language of Wailuku

The state of Hawaii is one of the most visited and celebrated state of the United States of America and comprises of some distinct islands which together give rise to this splendid land on earth. Initially Hawaiian was only spoken and there was no script regarding the language later however the arrival of the British Sailor Captain Cook changed its fate for the years to come after him.

Although he gave his life in a petty ordeal but before departing he made records of the language which was merely spoken when he first came into contact with it. His endeavor gave Hawaiian a recognition it has capitalized on till date and his arrival will always be remmembered in the history of the language of Hawaii.

When captain Cook came there were five hundred thousand natives not only in Wailuku but all over the islands of Hawaii who had a spoken command on their language and expressed themselves amongst each other in the Hawaiian language with fluency.
